Stay Healthy and On Your Feet!  Fall Risk Education & Senior Resource Fair

Join us for an afternoon of free learning and fun!  Providence is offering a free educational event on how to reduce your risk of falling.  This will include information presented by a Physican and a Pharmacist.  We will have community partners available to answer questions and share information.  Snacks and refreshments will be provided.  Attend for yourself, or someone you love.
