Required Education and Experience:
- Graduation from high school or GED; and
- Current Oregon State General Supervising Electrician License or the ability to obtain an Oregon State General Supervising Electrician License within twelve (12) months of hire date; and
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible building and facility operations, maintenance and repair experience.
- Ability to effectively use office equipment and computer software, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Building Operator Certificate
- Oregon Boiler Operator’s Certificate
- Oregon Journeyman HVAC/R License
- Forklift Operator’s Certificate
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
