Dr. Brandan Hull is the Area Medical Director for PMG in Southern Oregon. He is board certified in family medicine and received his medical degree at the University of Utah and residency in family medicine in Vancouver, Washington. He enjoys genealogy and hiking with his family.
Brent A. Kell is the chief executive officer at Valley Immediate Care. He sits on the board of many local organizations including Southern Oregon Alliance of Physicians and Providers, Rogue Workforce Partnership and Living Opportunities. He has more than 30 years of health care management and service delivery experience. In his free time, he likes to hike, ski, run and climb.
Dr. Mona McArdle is Valley Immediate Care’s medical director/chief medical officer. She has lived and worked in the Rogue Valley for 21 years. She graduated with an M.D. from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University. She is board certified by the American Board of Urgent Care Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. McArdle is a founding member of SOAPP. She enjoys hiking, rafting and camping.
Dr. Leona O’Keefe serves as medical director for Jackson Care Connect. She is a Family Medicine Physician with experience practicing full spectrum medicine in rural international settings, as well as in urban and rural domestic settings, including here in Southern Oregon. Her vision is to create access to high quality healthcare for everyone while also enhancing support for our healthcare workers. She completed undergraduate schooling at the University of California Davis, medical school at the University of Southern California, and residency at Ventura County Medical Center.
Dr. Dan Weiner is the medical officer for Rogue Community Health. He is certified in family medicine and addiction medicine. He received his medical degree from the Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine at Pomona, where he also completed a one-year fellowship in osteopathic manipulative medicine. He completed a family medicine residency program at UC Davis-affiliated Mercy Medical Center. He enjoys cycling, backcountry skiing and whitewater kayaking.
