Know Your Role is a campaign started by the Southern Oregon Sports Commission and being shared nationally to help change the culture around sports by encouraging better behavior toward sports officials and referees. There are less umpires and referees to officiate sporting events each year and the future of sports is in trouble. The Sports Commission and Travel Medford need your help to preserve the future of athletics by remembering to Know Your Role.
