What You’ll Do
Ensure City buildings remain safe, clean, and welcoming for employees and the public

Carry out routine cleaning, sanitizing, and light maintenance tasks

Contribute to a supportive team that keeps Medford running strong

…and perform other custodial duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• At least six months of custodial experience
• A reliable, hardworking individual
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently

Required Education and Experience:

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six (6) months or more experience as a custodian with an industrial, janitorial firm, or commercial business and thorough knowledge of custodial materials and methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with various types of floor maintenance equipment including floor scrubbers, extractors, buffers, and carpet cleaners.
