The executive director manages the organization's 11 staff, oversees program operations, budgeting, fiscal management, compliance, strategic planning, fundraising, and grant writing.  The ED works within the community of service providers and other key stakeholders to develop partnerships, awareness, and to fulfill the mission of serving every child through CASA advocacy.  CASA has a cohesive and capable board of directors who oversee and support the executive director in fulfilling CASA's mission. Skills: excellent communication/written and verbal; management/team leadership; fundraising; budgeting. Bachelor's Degree in related field or minimum 7 years stable experience in upper or executive management.
