Looking for a fun, active seasonal job? The City of Medford Facilities Management Department is hiring three Fountain & Splash Pad Attendants to help keep our fountains and splash pads safe, clean, and ready for the community to enjoy.

As a Fountain & Splash Pad Attendant, you’ll play an important role in the daily care, operation, maintenance, and overall upkeep of these public amenities. If you like hands-on work, staying active, being outdoors, and taking pride in keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Required Education and Experience:

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent; and
• Must be 18 years of age by date of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of fountain and splash pad maintenance.
• General knowledge of building maintenance and plumbing.

Available Schedules: 

• Seasonal (up to 6 months): Up to 40 hours per week 
  • Sunday - Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The anticipated hiring range for the Pool & Splash Pad Attendant position is $18.36 (first step) to $19.28 or $20.24 (second or third step).
