This role is ideal for a strong swimmer and experienced lifeguard who can lead by example, support swim lessons and staff training, and stay calm and decisive when it counts. If you communicate clearly, take pride in safety, and enjoy helping others grow, we’d love to have you on the team.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent; or senior in high school on track to graduate.
  • Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.
  • One (1) or more years of experience working at a public pool as a lifeguard and swim instructor.
  • Must be comfortable working in a humid environment.
  • Must be comfortable communicating with staff, parents, and children.
  • Skills pre-test required prior to hire.
Certifications:
  • Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification or Starfish Aquatics Institute (SGI) StarGuard lifeguard certification.
  • Current First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer certifications.

Available Schedule: 

  • Rogue X is open 7-days a week, 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Hours will vary based on facility need and availability.
